Environmental Science Concentration:

Environmental Geography

Concentration objectives:
The concentration in Environmental Science offered by the Department of Geography is designed to provide an area of specialization in the spatial aspects of environmental systems for those students majoring in Environmental Science. The focus of the Geography concentration is on the integration of lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. The concentration also provides ample opportunity for students to develop skills in methodologies and techniques useful in environmental analysis, including cartography and geographic information systems.
